Therefore, all fitness sports parts will cause a very large torque formula (its standard value is likely to greatly exceed the large torque required to be transmitted during the normal operation of the diesel engine), resulting in a load exceeding its bearing capacity on the transmission system, And destroy the parts. With a clutch, this risk can be cleared by means of the possible relative speed between the positive part and the driven part of the clutch.

　　3. Complete a smooth shift

　　In the whole process of automobile driving, in order to integrate into the continuously changing driving standards, the transmission system often has to be replaced with different gears. To complete the shift of the transmission gear box, it is generally to rotate the transmission gear or other gear organization to make a transmission gear pair of the original gear release the transmission, and then make the transmission gear pair of the other gear enter the work.

　　After mastering the effect of the clutch, what should be paid attention to in the whole process of clutch application?

　　(1) You don't have to step on the clutch.

　　During normal driving, the clutch plate on the vehicle is in an inseparable tight connection, and the clutch shall not slip. The separation of the clutch is operated by stepping on the clutch pedal. When driving, you don't have to step on the clutch pedal at any time except when the car can't get up, and you need to step on the clutch pedal for gear shifting and low-speed brake pedal.

　　(2) Proper practice at start-up.

　　When starting, the key points of the actual operation of the clutch disc pedal are "one fast, two slow and three linkage". Before the development, it is better to try a foot of the clutch pedal and feel the random travel arrangement of the clutch pedal, the travel arrangement at work and the upper foot of the pedal.

　　(3) Proper practice when shifting gears.

　　When shifting gears in the internal driving force, the control clutch pedal shall be quickly pressed and extended, and there is no need for the semi linkage of the clutch, otherwise, the wear of the clutch will be accelerated. Pay attention to the mutual cooperation with the accelerator pedal during actual operation.
